Orders
We are offering a collection of first quality quilt shop fabric at or below wholesale cost! All selections are new, continuous yardage that has been carefully stored in a smoke-free, climate and light controlled environment. Most orders placed before 11 AM eastern time ship the same day! Your order is not complete until payment has been remitted.
Order Fulfillment
All orders are processed in numerical sequence. Unpaid orders are not moved to the processing list until payment is received. Paypal E-check payments delay your order until the funds are released. Although the website displays our "real time" inventory, occasionally there may be shortages. We never substitute and always refund back to the closest 1/2 yard measurement (even for a 1 inch shortage). All claims for shortages must be made within 10 days of receipt of the order.
Payments
Our preferred method of payment is Paypal. We feel this provides the most secure transaction for the customer. (We never even see your credit card info!). Paypal directly posts your payment to the invoice when you use the Paypal button at the end of your order. You may also use our secure form to submit your payment with a credit card. Additionally you may place your order "offline" and call 800-784-5867(8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EST Monday - Friday) to complete your transaction with a credit card. Unfortunately, we cannot accept payment by check.
Our Privacy / Security Policy
We understand your concern with privacy and security and have established a strict policy for your protection. We will never share your personal information and will only use it to notify you of order status or an announcement regarding our website. We use SSL encrytion for all secure portions of the website. Our checkout process masks your credit card information. It is visible only to the card processor during the short authorization process and is never stored in any of our databases.
Our Return Policy
In the event that there are any problems with the fabric you receive, please contact us by sending an email through our Contact Us form. Please include the order number so that we may easily locate your information. Any returns require an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization). No refunds are issued for shipping charges. No returns accepted on washed or cut fabric. Returned fabric which is no longer in inventory at the time of our receipt of the fabric will also incur a $3.00 per item restocking fee to cover the cost of rescanning and reposting the fabric. All claims for adjustment must be made within 10 days of receipt of your order.
