Our Shipping Policy

We strive to process and prepare your fabric order for shipping within 24 hours (normal business days - Monday through Friday). Holidays, weekends, or questions regarding your order may delay this processing schedule. Our website calculates shipping and presents the shipping methods and charges for your selection before you complete the order. We do not offer any expedited services .All services are considered standard ground service (no guaranteed delivery time). Email notifications of shipment are sent through our shipping interface and tracking information for any order is provided as a link at the bottom of your order. (just login to your account and select the order from Order History). Please reference the shipping maps to estimate delivery time when selecting your shipping service. UPS / FedEx Home Delivery / USPS Priority (Domestic) / USPS Priority (International)

IN THE USA - We ship via UPS / FedEx / USPS Priority Mail

Our domestic shipping charges are now calculated at actual rates by the total weight of your order. You get to view the charges and select the method during the checkout process (before completion of the order).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS - We ship via USPS

We ship most international orders in USPS flat rate Global Priority envelopes / boxes. (Canada $11.95 / envelope - $27.95 / box. For most other International locations - $13.95 / envelope - $43.95 / box). Each envelope will hold 6 yards of cotton fabrics (3 yards flannel). Each box will hold up to 30 yards of cotton fabrics (15 yards flannel). Our website calculates flat rate shipping at the most efficient, least expensive combination of envelopes and boxes up to 150 yards of fabric. For orders over 150 yards, we will contact you with shipping charges before processing your order. You will get to view the flat rate and the other shipping options during the checkout process (before completion of the order). Global Priority takes 6-10 days.
